Lorne,
you are referring to drivers for the Card Reader. The OP (and myself) has the USB cable. Any suggestions for USB cable drivers? (other than buying the Card Reader)

Re: ResScan 3.7 & Vista 64 bit
I never could get the ResScan to work on my VISTA 64-bit computer with the USB driver. Luckily it loaded fine on my XP laptop. Sorry I don't have a better solution, do you have a computer with XP you could test it out on? just to make sure it's not the software

Re: feels like I have a hang over
I can relate with you on that. I think that way too, but then I tell myself that I will suffer if I DON'T use it too. More of a long-term, disabling, life-diminishing suffering than having a headache for a day. I look at it like when I was trying to quit smoking.... (smoking equals NOT using it). Wh...

Re: feels like I have a hang over
I know EXACTLY what you are talking about. That is how I felt too. What I can tell you is what I've done, which seems to have worked for me. I put away the full face mask, got out my original nasal mask and started taping my mouth. I too got the auto loaner (as was suggested to you a few posts ago) ...

Re: DME gave me a "loaner" Auto
What I've learned from all the advice I've read here, is that my options are as follows: 1. Call insurance- ask if they reimburse any online DME- answer is NO 2. Find out from insurance all the DMEs they contract with and shop around- OK, did that- there are about 100! I called 2 and I'm tired (haha...

DME gave me a "loaner" Auto
After educating myself here and elsewhere I set out to get a data capable machine. I wasn't feeling much better and learned all the reasons that I needed the data to evaluate my treatment. So, I call the DME, explain my situation and asked for a "better machine" (I thought playing dumb would help- c...

Do crusty eyes mean I have leaks around my eyes?
Still trying to play nice with my Mirage Quattrro My eyes are sooo crusty in the morning, I don't know why. I don't think I feel any leaks around my eyes. I have the humidifier on (as was suggested on another post). Any advice?

Re: New to cpap, having issues
I will offer my, admittedly limited, advice... Try turning off the ramp. Just put your mask on and go full strength. I too had issues with the ramp and after some experimenting found I actually preferred it off. Don't freak out right away, just give it a minute and see how you do. Just a simple no-c...

Re: Feel like cr*&#p using Mirage Quattro ffm
I would add one element to Kenny's equation - "information." Thus mine would read "Patience + Persistence + information = Progress" JimW203 I like that! and I agree wholeheartedly. While I do want to go about seeking an upgraded machine, I'm unsure of the best way to approach this. In the meantime ...

Re: Feel like cr*&#p using Mirage Quattro ffm
Thanks everyone for the reassurances. That's pretty much along the lines of what I was thinking too (based on everything I've been reading on here- gotta love the peer-to-peer ). My pressure is set to 13. I know it is not the best machine. I wasn't as educated when this all started, and I didn't wan...

Feel like cr*&#p using Mirage Quattro ffm
Hi everyone, I am a new cpap user looking for help. I wake up feeling hungover like a mac truck truck hit me after using the Mirage Quattro ffm. Is this normal? Is this what getting a good night's sleep is supposed to feel like? (because I would have no idea, lol) It's my 4th night... first night sl...
