Re: How to run EP under Vista 64 - solution
I have been able to get Encore Pro 1.8.49 to run under both Windows 7 Ultimate 64, and Windows Starter. No virtual XP machine is needed ... The real trick is to get Encore Pro 2.2 working on a 64 bit OS. seems to be impossible for now... Hi blakepro, Believe me ... I am the furthest you can get fro...

Re: How to run EP under Vista 64 - solution
No go, I finally upgraded to WIndowns 7 ultimate and installed windows virtual machine and xp virtual and then installed EP and got it running. You don´t have to use virtual machine at all. Encore works fine under Windows 7 64bit. Gregor, Welcome back! Haven't seen you post in a long time. It's goo...

Re: SPO PulseOx 7500 software
I have an SPO PulseOx 7500. I have been through several PC's and moves and have lost my software CD (Vitabase and Vitascore). Where can I get a replacement? SPO has not been very helpful. I have home PC's running XP, Vista, and Windows 7 so any version will do. Thanks! Ron, No, SPO is not at all he...

Re: Smart Card Driver for Encore Pro
Mr. Capers, First of all ... I am the furthest from being computer literate. I may be offering something totally off base ... however, let me join the fray. If I understand, you are running Windows 64 Home Premium. So am I. My card reader functions without any problems. My card reader is the Mako DT...

Re: Hybrid Mask Assembly
Thanks to all for your suggestions.
We will sit down with the mask and give it another try.
It seems odd that we didn't have a problem with the original mask ... yet the new one has been so frustrating.

Hybrid Mask Assembly
Hi, My husband is having a devil of a time trying to assemble the oral mask to the shell! No matter what ... the areas on both sides of the mask (between the headgear attachment posts) will not go into the groove enough to provide a proper seal. Is there some sort of chant that we're supposed to do ...

Re: SPO 7500 and Windows 7 ... 64 bit Software
Do you think he means that you can get the drivers for the USB port from: http://www.ftdichip.com/FTDrivers.htm Is the only issue that the software does not install the 64 bit drivers automatically? Note: I do not use this software or hardware, but I have experience running 32 bit software of 64 bi...

Re: SPO 7500 and Windows 7 ... 64 bit Software
Just a bump so that anyone going to Windows 7/64 bit ... using the SPO 7500 ... will see that we need to let SPO Medical know that a 64 bit version of Vitascore is wanted.
Thanks.
Jan
Thanks.

SPO 7500 and Windows 7 ... 64 bit Software
We've been in touch with an engineer in Netherlands that is involved in the Vitascore software. He's advised that version 1.5 ... for Windows 7 (32 bit) has been released. Not yet for 64 bit. According to him, we need to petition SPO Medical for the 64 bit version. So if you plan on going to Windows...

Re: SPO 7500 pulse oximeter for $350
I've been looking for something like this, need to see how bad I desaturate O2 when not using CPAP. I foolishly took ambien during my sleep study so not sure how bad my AHI really is without a sedative. I also had a dental device made so I need to see if I desaturate using this oral appliance. I'm ...

Re: Need Help Please ... Mask Removes Skin
BleepingBeauty ... I tried the moleskin last night. It was quite a challenge getting it cut right. While it did keep my skin from getting torn up ... the the leak rate went way too high, allowing my AHI to go above 30, where the mask had initially produced an AHI below 5. The mask had handled my mo...

Re: Need Help Please ... Mask Removes Skin
BleepingBeauty ... Thanks. Unfortunately my skin is so thin, that even with the Milk of magnesia approach, my skin couldn't handle the tape. Scarlet834 ... Does the mask hold its seal with the microfiber material between the silicone of the mask and the skin (in this case the oral part of the mask)...

Need Help Please ... Mask Removes Skin
Finding the right mask is tough enough, but I've developed a second problem that has become a major issue in my XPAP therapy. Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've been on Coumadin for a year now because of a pulmonary embolism. I'm 74 years old (gasp!), where the skin normally ...
