Re: How often do you download data?
Pretty easy question and perhaps a good poll. I recall when I started therapy. I have been using APAP for about 10 months. In the beginning, I would download daily and follow the results closely. That changed to once a week, and now about once every two weeks which means I don't save all the detail...

Re: Detailed Data for Autoset II
I do not have any problem getting detailed data. With mine it is only there for 4 days and then just stats and graphs, so if I want the full data I must download every four days. I have XP on my laptop on purpose... no Vista here. Barb I think you might have just answered another question I've had....

Re: Detailed Data for Autoset II
I hope you are right ... running off to check ASAP!!!
When I said detailed data what I mean is on the review tab inside the ResScan SW I can only get the summary graphs and not the detailed graphs.

Detailed Data for Autoset II
I thought I had it made when I hooked up the card reader after installing the ResScan 3.7 software. But for some reason there was no detailed data available for the detailed review page. Only summary graphs were shown. In the true spirit of RTFM I delved into the PDF and think I discovered the probl...

Re: unsupportive family
I'll be that blunt: @$#% her!
My wife has dealt with that kind of crap from her mom her whole life too. For her it is about self-esteem and body image, but it's still disgusting to have to put up with.
Your treatment is vital for you. Stick with it and make your life better.

Re: Information for Tricare patients
Nice to hear about the deployment pack. What all would you include in that? I'm heading off in a few months and will talk to my DME.

Re: First night with new Resmed Autoset
I haven't done any data erasing so not sure. What you will have to do is transfer the card data to the computer before you put the card in again, as it will erase any detailed data that it saved. Seems like the cards only hold 3-4 days of detailed data, and it rolls over each day once you accumulat...

Re: First night with new Resmed Autoset
Yes it is obvious that changing too many (usually that's more than one) variable at a time is not a good thing. And I agree that you need more than one night to see how you react. Last night I was just kind of experimenting with fit and feeling, not too worried about in depth data analysis. It was d...

Re: First night with new Resmed Autoset
I even took the machine apart last night and used just the base unit to check if it was the connection between it and the hmidifier. It's definitely in the base unit. And yes, I am way to susceptible to noises unfortunately. I have learned to treat the gaussian noise of the air venting as a relaxing...

Re: First night with new Resmed Autoset
W/the Vantage you could turn SmartStart On or Off as you liked, the only restriction being you couldn't have both SmartStart and LeakAlert turned On at the same time. You could only use one or the other or turn both Off. EXCEPT for one or more of the full face mask settings. Since I'm not one to us...

First night with new Resmed Autoset
Thanks for the advice regarding M-series Auto vs Autoset in a previous thread. I ended going with the Autoset mainly because of familiarity with Resmed. Good news is I got the H4i humidifier and the card reader. Will have the software soon. This wasn't my first night with a CPAP device, as I've been...
