I did have to change my skin care regimen when the weather turned warm here in Oklahoma, I started cpap in Dec 08 so this is my first warm season. I tried using my daytime moisturizer in place of my night time product, which made my mask slide around and leak badly. That solution has worked good for...

I also get sleepy in the afternoon even with sleeping good at night with Cpap - somedays I make a pot of coffee, somedays I sew and quilt if I dont want to let myself nap. Congratulations on your new grandson! Grandchildren are the best!!! And 6 chi chi's WOW !!! I am busy with 3 minischnauzers but 6 would only be for a very dedicated doggy person. I am sure they are very lucky little dogs to have you for their mom!!!

I started out on 3 also, after increased AHI I changed gradually to 1 - after reading the posts tonight I am going to try sleeping without cflex and see how my night is. Thanks to all!

I tried to watch that poor guy but kept holding me breath when he could not breathe. I am so glad to be on cpap therapy!!! no matter what complaints I may have, leaks etc, I know it can save my life

The desk fan I am using is horizontal about 16" tall with a split air flow. The top portion can be turned to the side so when oscillating you get changing air flow. That keeps the air from being directly on my face, which works better for me. It is also very quiet, does not add very much noise level...

I use Respironics Comfort Fusion mask, sounds like our sleep patterns are similar. I can comfortably sleep on my side or stomach, but have to start out always on my back until I am relaxed.
