I"m a newbie. I have a Respironics CPAP with a nasal mask. It's hard to breathe IN. It seems like my inspiratory cycle is longer than normal to get my required volume. My pressure is set at 4. BTW......... how does one increase the pressure setting? I can't find any help in the owner's manual. Thanks.
