I have a full face mask and I think it is pretty air tight.

Re: How common is titration?

I had a split night study in which the first half was to determine if I needed cpap, which I did. The second half was to put me on a cpap and see what pressure reduced events. I did not sleep long enough on the second half to titrate the setting from 10 to any higher. That is why I'm wondering if I ...

How common is titration?

I had a sleep study two weeks ago. I was told that I didn't sleep long during the two parts, but went from 142 osa to 7 on the cpap machine. I am feeling kinda lightheaded and tired, but less sleepy.
Is it reasonable to ask my doctor to order a sleep titration study?

Let me know.

taking xanax with apnea:please answer

I am exhausted from not good sleep since getting my cpap machine a week ago.

I have taken xanax before at night to help me sleep, but is it safe to take with having osa?

Have you taken it?

Thanks for your help

taking sedatives and sleep apnea

I have not had a good night sleep since starting my cpap a week ago. I just got a full faced mask today because of problems. I have taken xanax in the past when I could not sleep. I'm also nauseated I think due to sinus drainage, and my doctor ordered 12.5 phenergan. I'm scared to take either of the...

Miserable...help!

H?i, I feel like a pest, but I don't feel well at all. I have been on cpap for about a week. I changed from pillows to a nasal hard mask two days ago, but I feel very tired still. I also found that I drool badly during the night, my tongue is coated white, and I have lots of drainage and I feel naus...

Please help, newbie scared

I was diagnosed with osa about two weeks ago. I had 142 events in an hour. What I would like to know is if it takes awhile to feel better. I have had my cpap machine for about a week, but I had to change my mask yesterday and I kept waking up thinking it was leaking air last night. I have feelings l...
