You can pay for a legal copy by buying it from a non pirate living in Australia. You can pay for an identical copy on eBay from a pirate living in USA. Did you call the police?

Nothing, absolutely nothing can justify that. How a society can consider this as acceptable?
That would be a criminal abuse in most of the developed countries in the world.

Re: NEW RESPIRONICS PRI Series Auto CPAP Machine Released!

I don't see how this machine will kill ResMed Autoset II. * Noisier (28 vs 24 db)... and + 4 db is a lot noisier * Heavier (6 vs 5.4 lbs) PLUS the weight of the BRICK * Brick vs NO brick The rest is very comparable. Humidifier is based on same concept. As far as software is concerned there is no rea...

Re: My doctor never reads the data

There are a few reasons behind those attitudes...

1- Most probably both the DME and the doctor are not competent.

2- Most probably they are not interested by you but your money.

In both cases stay far from them. Find another doctor and DME.

Re: Auto CPAP Algorithm

According to you description I assume that you have an APAP may be a Resmed Autoset II adjusted 4-20 cmH2O. How do you think you are going to have a clear picture if you "play" like that with the machine? If the machine goes to 11 this is because you NEED it, not for the "pleasure" of making "noise"...

Yes we will The Health Police will be the enforcement arm of the Death Panels. They will be based on the Alaska island (pop. 50) so that that there is an excuse to finally build that bridge. Re: CPap design flaws

I don't know if it is a "flaw" but there is surely something capital missing on all the machines : an oxymeter! One of the main purpose of the exercise is to improve your SPO2 but there is no way according to the actual patient level equipment to judge of the results by an integrated oxymeter. This ...

Re: O.T.: Will We Ever Have Health Police?

It is extremely difficult to pinpoint individual corporations profits and to get a clear picture from the "ground". But it is quite easy to identify the discrepancies between health systems when we look at it globally. All that work has been done in health management faculties and public health scho...

Re: O.T.: Will We Ever Have Health Police?

.... In the U.S. 37% of people with below-average income reported that they were in fair or poor health, while only 9% of people with above-average income said the same. A similar disparity is seen in the UK, New Zealand, Canada, and Australia, despite their “universal coverage.”... This is absolut...
