How timely that I should check this forum today! I just called my med equipment guy to see if there is a machine out there that puts out more heated and humidified air. How long does it take to catch up?
I started on C-PAP 4 years ago and a new study showed they needed to bump up my pressure from 11 to 15. I've been tired a **long** time -- how long does it take to catch up on rest and feel good once you start using the correct pressure? Slept thru the day again at my desk -- wait till my boss finds...

I must confess, I don't follow the rules; I too have tinkered with my breeze in the past to make it fit better. To "Guest," what does this adjustment do for you? Does the headgear stay in place better with the straps than with that strip that goes over your head and pulls your hair out in the mornin...
