Re: Reading my charts
Here is the summary page of leaks and the last three days of leaks. I use two masks, depending on what I can stand at the time. The Swift LT and a Mirage II. I have been using the Mirage more lately, and may switch during the night if I feel leaks or something wakes me. Thanks... Bob http://i188.pho...

Reading my charts
Hi, I'm posting a few charts from my first month on CPAP. I feel like I'm making good preogress. These are from the Encore Pro Analyzer reports. I tried APAP for a few days and then went back to CPAP to see if I could stabilize my numbers for AHI and OAI. Also I tried dropping the pressure for a cou...

Re: Encore Pro Analyzer problem
I had problems getting a complete file on download from Jame's site. I got the same errors as you until I got the full file. Then it ran smoothly. Works great.

Re: Incisionless procedure for GERD
Thanks for posting this. Since starting CPAP a few weeks ago, I've found that I tend to have more heartburn than before. Not sure why, but I'm taking more meds to keep it in control...

Re: Breathing question
Thanks, Julie. I have my machine set at 11 with a 5 minute ramp up from 8. I didn't like waiting for the pressure to come up. The new mask is a Resmed Activa nasal mask.

Re: Did you have to wait to get into the DME?
I didn't wait, based on the info here, I went straigh to CPAP.com. I contacted a DME for a travel machine and mask fitting, etc. It took the DME right at a week to call back. When I went in, I had my printout for the previous week and said here is what I want. The RT looked at the data like it was g...

Breathing question
So, I've been on CPAP for about 10 nights now. I am most comfortable with the LT Nasal pillow, but decided I should try another nasal mask for backup purposes. The last couple of nights I've noticed a more pronounced breathing problem. When I first start to wear the mask, I take some very deep breat...

Re: My first night with my new Swift LT was...
Thanks, all, I was not trying to hijack Andy's thread. Sharkbait, I did get the Lanolin based on your recommendation I had read before. Used it each night. Last night was even better, almost 7 hours, a lot less tenderness. Getting the adjustment less tight and better. Now having some hose management...

Re: My first night with my new Swift LT was...
That's great. I've been using my LT for two nights. Average about 5 hours each night. My tip of my nose and the nares get a little tender and I end up taking if off the last couple of hours of slep. I think it will get better as I learn how to wear it and how tight..

Crazy - but I blame sleep deprivation
This is a great site, full of so much info. I've learned so much from all of you, I really appreciate it. I'm not great a confrontation or selling, somewhat do some avoidance. I had my sleep study on 2/24, and got in to see the Dr. on 3/10. Got a script for a CPAP machine w/CLFEX, heated humidifier ...
