Sonce she mentioned it, I fond myself doing it at work, while driving, etc.
It has been some time since I had a visit to check my data.
Just wondered if someone else had this issue and
had successfully gotten it resolved. It could quite possibly be an adult onset tic type issue.
Thanks!

After a couple of years of CPAP therapy, my daughter noticed I developed a nervous habit of blowing air out of my mouth.

Re: Hybrid Mask
I have allergies and constant nasal congestion. Due to being unable to breath through my nose, I tried several full face masks but felt very claustrophobic. For the past two years I have been satisfied with the Resmed Liberty. It takes some time to tweak the nasal pillows to get them from leaking. G...

Success after two years into this journey
Two years into this journey and I finally am sleeping all night without pulling off the Liberty mask. I struggled with claustrophobia issues and could not wear a full face mask. I got stressed out due to the noise and slept with my iPod shuffle on. I finally decided to switch from the small nasal pi...

Aeorphasia success stories
Anyone have any aerophasia success stories? Have been fighting this problem since going on CPAP two years ago. If I have a meeting or presentation at work or work with my team on a project I just don't use the CPAP due to this embarassing problem. I am recovering from rotator cuff surgery and toss a...

Re: New user, can't sleep with the machine sound - help
I also have been struggling with getting used to the noise for almost two years. Tried a sleep machine with ocean sounds, ear plugs, radio, and podcasts. I connect two hoses and listen to talk radio, investing info, and music on my Ipod. I have my bad nights and my good nights. The bad nights are us...

Re: What led you to your diagnosis of apnea?
I began to have insomnia and headaches. My primary care physician suggested I see a neurologist. At my first neurologist appointment the nurse discovered I had high blood pressure. I had no idea!!! Off to the sleep lab I went.

Re: Seasonal Allergies and CPAP therapy
My allergies have been a nightmare this year with all of the pollen everywhere. I have been taking my mask off after approx 3 hours (I know, I know, this is bad, bad). My nose is so stopped up, I feel claustrophobic and feel like I am not getting enough air. My allergy meds have been changed and I w...

Sending Card to the RT
Received a reminder voice mail today from the RT today asking me to mail her the data card from my CPAP machine. She will download the data and send the results to the doctor. He will be analyzing my data before my visit. I have been on CPAP for 5 weeks and am only able to tolerate approx 4 hours pe...
