Did you add a "new user"? The software reads machine ID's and I think it might not know what to do with a card from a different machine unless you do so. Did you note the pressure? Unless the 90th percentile pressure remained at 4, the results tell you that you fried had enough obstructive events to drive the pressure up, and that they were reasonable resolved by the machine.
