Re: Problem displaying using Encore Viewer 2.0
Did you add a "new user"? The software reads machine ID's and I think it might not know what to do with a card from a different machine unless you do so. Did you install 2.0 on top of 1.0 - or did you remove 1.0 first? Updating software installations many times leaves data behind that can lead thin...

Re: Problem displaying using Encore Viewer 2.0
I've been using EV 1.0 for a year with good results. My wife recently acquired a newer machine that uses a SD card and requires EV2.0. I installed 2.0 and it works well for her, but when I try to read my data (from my smart card(different type of card reader)), the following occurs: The card is rea...

What is this?
A friend is proudly showing of his machine. It is a REMstar Auto A-Flex; I cannot see any further description. It comes with an SD card. The user manual isn't much of a help with respect to reading data. I"ve got the software and card reader for reading the 'standard' card, but I can't determine if ...

Re: EncoreView not showing dailies
When I read my card, EncoreView shows my dailies for the last week. When I put my friend's in to read, it only showed the usage since 1 Jan, but no dailies. As far as I know, it's the same model of machine. Anyone have any insight? A machine option? - Mike You might want to double check that. Sound...

Re: diagnosing a friend
Did you note the pressure? Unless the 90th percentile pressure remained at 4, the results tell you that you fried had enough obstructive events to drive the pressure up, and that they were reasonable resolved by the machine. O. I'm sorry, I'm not CPAP savvy enough to understand that on the first go...

diagnosing a friend
I was discussing SA with a friend and he mentioned that he to was having "brain fog" and some of my former symptoms. I lent him my AutoCPAP for a night to see if he could adapt to it and if anything I recorded would be of use. He adapted well and I read the card, which showed an AHI of 3.7 with an O...

VS, FL H, OA and Brain Fog?
A friend went thru a titration study last night and didn't register any Hypopnias. Am I correct in assuming that Vibratory Snores and Flow Limitations could be causing him to suffer "brain fog" ? - Mike

Traveling with CPAP
I just completed a trip from Washington Dulles to Albuquerque ,NM and return. TSA is MUCH more professional than when I last flew and they were polite, and knew what they were doing. They spotted it on the x-ray machine and said they needed to swab it for explosives, so putting it in a clear plastic...
