Encore Viewer Error Message

I have Encore Viewer running on Vista Home Premium. When I try to run a report I frequently receive the error message, "An entry with this same key already exists."

I have searched the forum but have been unable to find an answer.

Any suggestions?

I would like to thank everyone for their suggestions. It is now working! I had only one other item in another usb port, but I removed it, and the card reader still wouldn't work. I'm one of those lucky folks who managed to "pass" my sleep study, not once, but twice. My sleep doc was convinced I didn't have apnea until I brought in oximeter data suggesting otherwise.
