I have tried numerous chin straps, face masks (nasal and full) neck collar, tape, handkerchief over mouth with chin strap and drugs. Still wake up with dry mouth. They (the DME) routinely charge for the mask and the headgear separately even though they come in the same package..... I use a ComfortLite II Phillips Order No. 1025111 which is a complete kit. Cervical Collar

After 18 months of trying to keep my mouth shut I went to Walgreen's and purchased an inexpensive cervical collar. Success. Chin can't drop, mouth stays closed. confortable for me!
