Hi All I have been on machine for 3.5 wks now. I have been 100% compliant with use.... If I sleep, I wear it. I went for my follow up yesterday. When I was leaving I looked at my machine and thought HEY maybe I should take my card..... The Dr was surprised I brought it but I am glad. I went from 34....

Tomorrow I have been on a CPAP for one week. Best thing I could have done. Do we have enough people to start a support group where we might gather together to have dinner and possibly discuss our tricks??????????? Might be a good thing. Please chime in

Gotta say WOW.... What have I been missing...... Saturday night I took a Lunesta and slept 9 hours but woke with a hangover from it but felt good a few hours later. Sunday night went to sleep at 9 and woke at 315am. No Lunesta and slept pretty good.... Heres the Kicker............... I FEEL AMAZING....

Hi All Well my doctor, insurance and DME did well. I went and picked up my Resperonics M Auto with C-Flex today. They gave e a Fisher Paykel FlexiFit 407. The lady Fran at the Dr GAVE me a Comfortfit Gel nasal mask from resperonics. Does anyone have suggestions or my first night? Dr gave me Lunesta....

Hi Folks I went today for follow up. I was told I have severe sleep apnea. 33.7 on DRE scale. They said I would stop breathing on average of 3 times every two minutes throughout the study. 170 minutes without CPAP for first half and had 140+ disturbences, several PVCs, SaO2 as low as 83%.
