Re: Nasal mask vs Pillows
I recently bought the Mirage FX. I am loving it. I feel like I can breathe so much easier than I could with the Nasal Pillow. It does not hurt my forehead, upper lip area or my nose. It does not have to be on very tight in order to seal. I can sleep on my side or back without any problems. I believe...

Re: Help picking the correct Nasal Mask
What about the Comfort Gel, Mirage SoftGel, Ultra Mirage II, Profile Lite Gel. Any help, I am getting a prescription in a couple of days so I need help. I am going from the Nasal Pillow to a Nasal Mask. I am leaning towards the Profile Lite Gel, but that can change.

Re: Help picking the correct Nasal Mask
Yes, I am using it over my head. I tried to let it hang loose, but I move a little too much during the night and it ends up leaking.

Help picking the correct Nasal Mask
I am currently using a nose pillow. I am having trouble with it hurting my nose because of my long nose and holes. I am thinking about getting a nasal mask. Can someone give me a good direction and which brand or model I should try. Thanks.

Re: Nasal mask vs Pillows
I have tried a bigger pillow and it leaked more. Something I need to add, during the sleep test there was a wire running down my forehead, maybe that had something to do with it hurting. I really don't know.

Nasal mask vs Pillows
I have a nasal pillow style mask. The problem that I am having is, my nose holes are long and so is my nose. So it tends to make the end of my nose hurt because I have to keep it kinda tight so it will not leak as much. I was thinking about tring a nasal mask. Does anyone have some advice? I am kind...

Re: Respironics Hose Cover Anyone?
I have a blue ResMed hose cover, I feel like it does not help with rainout. If you are having a rainout problem, then you may want to turn down the humidifier. However, it does look better than that medical looking hose.

Re: Mirage II Nasal Mask
Did you buy it from cpap.com? Did they give you the right size, I used a nasal mask during the sleep study and it woke me up a few hours later with alot of pain on the side of my nose and upper lip.

Mirage II Nasal Mask
Has anyone used the Mirage II Nasal Mask or the Mirage Activa LT. I am currently using a nose pillow style mask, but I am having problems with leaks because of the shape of my nose holes.
