Re: Sleep study retest and retest
Yep my loaner machine is a F&R ICON Series CPAP, it has a Flash card that can be removed and the test data is on that. They (American Home Patent) has the software to produce reports that the Doctor needs.

Re: Second go round with Cpap
Maybe maybe not; I just another sleep test and they found a chin strap With the half mask worked better then the full mask; atleast for me it did. The tech though a full mask would work but not true.ComfortablyNumb wrote: Would a full face mask be the solution then?

Thanks to all for the reply's!
Could be the worst case, and living in the Catskill's Area maybe a factor. They send all the data out of area to be checked and the Doctor works in local area only 1 day a week, rest of time travels to other area's. Down side of living out in the country, but all in all is good.

Just had another Sleep test last night
Tech told me it normally takes 6-8 weeks for the results, is this normal? Seams a long time to me; glad the Lab sent me home with a new Mask. When I had the 1st in Florida seams it only took 1-2 weeks.

Re: What is the Average Lifespan of a CPAP machine?
Hard to say. My First lasted 10+ years, old Insurance only replaced it if was non repairable. I retired and got a new Policy and I got a new machine, as the old one was still working I put it into storage .
