I would not sleep so in a box.

I will not try this type of nap.
To sleep I always need CPAP!

I couldn't manage the LT Swift, Michele. I tried it for a full month, constantly adjusting tighter or looser. Either it was falling out of my nose or actually developing a pressure sore on my nostril. At the end I was sporting visible nostril calluses. I really wanted it to work, but ended up switch...

Just a quick update before my story/question. I've been on BiPAP for a month now and it seems to be helping. I was referred to a wonderful neurologist who wrote a scrip for exactly what I asked for in the way of hardware... even offered to teach me how to access the clinical screens and raise my pre...

Nothing grand here, but as a fellow n00b (5 months on therapy, CPAP to BiPAP, three different masks), I can't imagine NOT sleeping with it now. I know it's an adjustment... lord, I'm still adjusting, but the difference now when I get to bed without it late on a weekend--trying to catch up by sleepin...

I wash my hose once a week. I figure that although the water residues are just distilled water, the air that's charging down the hose is full of nasty critters. And on the exhale, I'm pushing out air with bugs that have been in my nose (I use a nasal pillow mask) If they get the chance to settle in...
