S9 Autoset Wheeze During Exhale, Normal?
I just upgraded from an Resmed S8 Autoset to an S9 Autoset with climate control. Seems like a nice machine and I'm getting OK results after use this weekend. One annoying thing that came up is a wheeze from the machine when I exhale. It only occurs when I finish ramping and I'm near my 95% pressure....

Re: ResScan Version 3.7 Software
I've had no problem using the Rescan version 3.7 I bought from Australia (http://www.cpapaustralia.com.au). It was a lot cheaper and the service was good. I don't think you'll get support here in the US either; unless you're a professional/doc/clinic. Just remember that the currency conversion to US...

Re: Need help with the Swift LT Nasal pillows
If your having trouble putting the pillows in right, along with the mask, there is a single raised bump on the right side of the mask/headgear near you cheek. Also, you'll find raised bumps on the pillow, near the bump on the mask/headgear. Once I figured this out I was able to put the mask on prope...

Re: CpapAustralia.com
I bought Resscan 3.7 through them about a month ago without problem. The software works great. You'll need to remember that $99 will be less in US dollars if you're from the states.

Re: How do DME's work? (Is that an oxymoron?)
I have BCBS of CA (now called Anthem) and they did a purchase instead of a rent when I picked up my machine last Friday. In my case, BCBS acts as a health care manager for my employer. My employer ends up paying for everything and can override denied claims when BCBS messes up. It would appear that ...

Re: ResMed H4i: Manufacture problems? defects? Is it being sold?
I just started last night using the H4i with the Autoset II. Seemed to work fine. I started at 3.5 but turned it down to 2. It used maybe a third of the tank during the night. It took my DME almost 3 weeks to get everything approved, ordered and shipped. The DME claimed that resmed was slow to fill ...

Newb's Early Results
I want to give a big thanks to everyone that posts here! I've been lurking, reading all the great info here for the past month. I was referred for a sleep study by my endocrinologist who's treating me for diabetes. I started in mid December of last year, going through the very slow process of gettin...

Re: Clinical Guide for Resmed Autoset II?
I'm in the same boat here. While waiting for my DME to order the equipment that I forced my doctor to Rx, I found this link through google: http://kd1ca.net:82/cpap/manuals/ResMed ... oSetII.pdf. I've been reading up.
Good luck!
