I think you should ask your doctor to write the prescription for S9 AutoSet CPAP with Heated Humidifier and Climate Line. If the doctor prescribe that the insurance should cover it too.

Just be aware that if you do not buy from an authorized dealer there is no warranty. You have to make warranty claims through a dealer. I know, my S8 AutoSet II was just replaced under warranty.
