Happy? With cpap.com? No. Emphatically NO. I ordered from cpap.com and my expensive new APAP died after two weeks. They are making me send it back to the f***ing factory instead of just replacing it like a good retailer would. They also messed up 2 other parts of my order -- no USB card was included...

I bought a brand new Sandman Auto HC from cpap.com, and it died after a few weeks of use.

Now they want me to send it back for "repair." However, I was wondering if the Sandman has a history of problems and I should just get another brand?
