It's not that deep, people. Bend the strip to conform to the contour of your lips. Run them under the faucet, apply to lips, overlap in the middle and close yer trap. I cover over with a 6" strip of 2" blue tape and I get 0.00 leaks.

It happened to me the first few weeks of therapy. Then it stopped. Yours will too.

One additional hint... don't let your hose fall into the water. It's cold........... deep too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got "other" benefits from Xpap. I can't say I feel more "rested," but I no longer take a nightly sleep aid (Restoril or Ambien) and my PVC's have completely gone away (benefit from less adrenalin in my system, I'm guessing).

So, chalk me us as a happy camper.
