hi; i have slight to moderate sleep apnea. i tried using a CPAP machine 4 years ago. a remstar aflex auto m series .i could not get used to the mask. the last few days i decided to try the cpap machine again. it's not working. maybe i am doing something wrong . not turning it on right or something ....

unfortunately i can only have it on for 4 to 5 hours and i take it off, most times i do not remember even taking it off. thanks for the advice, very helpful

hello: i have a lot of trouble keeping the mask on. i wake up and take it off. i am half alpeep when i do this and seem t have no control.
but i do get 4 or 5 hours. i have been told 4 hours is better than none and that is when you get the rem sleep. is this true. thanks

hello: i stopped using my cpap as i could not sleep through the night. but now that my apnea is worse i need to try cpap again. i have a encore reader but i used to use it on another computer. I cannot find the cd for the software. Is there any where i can download the software??? thank you

actually, I am taking 15 mg of sandoz-mirtazapine which is another name for remeron. My family doctor told me it was used for sleep disorders as well as depression.

I have been taking remeron for a little over a week. I have found it good for getting to sleep with the mask on. I have noticed my numbers are up a bit. Has anyone here taken remeron? If so i would like to hear your experience with remeron. Thank you

I would like to know how to set the time on my auto cpap or encore viewer? So i could view the exact times i am sleeping. It would be helpful to know when i am waking during the night. Now the time encore viewer shows is not right.
