I had similar problems, caused primarily by mouth breathing (even with a full-face mask). I solved that each night by using two strips of 3M Transpore surgical tape vertically to tape my mouth closed. Works like a charm, where chin strap failed.

I think I have the same issue. When I read this post, I thought "that's me".
