Hi.

If adjusting doesn't help or you need to pull the straps too tide.

Here is a tip (I got from the nurse)

Use a small piece of an artificial shammy (I hope it is the right word).

It is a bit of a hassle but it does work.

Hi, My dr gave me 'Budesonide Dumex' That is a nosespray you can use for a long time. It takes about a week or two to start working but then it helps you to keep your nose open.
