I love this mask (but its the first one I've had!) and NO, I don't find it noisy at all UNLESS, as a reader below said-if the hose is way above my head. It opens and closes.

Re: Need help from the ladies!!
Hi, I put my night moisturizer cream on immediately when I get home from work at 4:30PM. By doing this, my skin gets its hydration and my mask works fine by the time I go to bed. Also, try Tea Tree Oil Soap. (from Health Store) It is natural and it works to really make skin soft and supple. At night...

Re: Battery Pack / backup & Insurance
Hi folks......I'm back. I've put in for a battery pac to (hopefully) be reimbursed through Sunlife but I've been waiting for months to hear back from them to be reimbursed for anything! I'll let you know if my request is successful.

Thanks Carbonman for 'Random Thoughts'
Ditto!! My view exactly. In just the last week since being introduced to a CPAP machine (and I know I have a long ways to go) I feel like a new woman. I've always pushed myself physically in my various sporting activites but now, I can push myself and yet feel pumped, awake, great....not like I'm go...

Exercise Program
An Exercise Program is of vital importance whether we have Sleep APNEA, another cronic disorder/disease or no disorder. It's vital and something that we ALL need to do. Pick something that you LIKE and are capable of doing-the specific exercise isn't what is important: It's the consistancy, the vari...

Exercise and CPAP
I was up to 4 miles a day walking, that was till I broke my ankle slipping in a water puddle, now I can't walk a mile, now even less with winter setting in! An ankle wrap Pad-a-Cheek sent me helps, but got a long ways to go till I return to normal! Hi (new to posting, so forgive me!) I posted about...

Re: Has anyone started an exercise program after starting CPAP
I used to ride my bike fairly regularly--though nothing like Carbonman!--but until I switched from CPAP to BiPAP a few weeks ago, I hadn't really had the energy to do much of anything. But just yesterday I ordered some snowshoes for me and my four-year-old. My wife already has some, and I'm hoping ...
