Re: 7 procedures that can affect the way you breathe and sleep

I had at least 4 teeth removed at once when I was a child. I do not have implants but I have a large chest and have needed to sleep on my back since I was a teenager.

Re: Rejuvenation Swift Fx Nasal piece – Boiling

Very interesting ideas, thanks! I love the FX but the pillows really do seem to lose their shape more quickly than any other mask I've tried.

Re: "Calist" experiences here make you hesitant?

I think some people are one of a kind. I did stay up all night long to watch over my kids when they had their studies. I think most parents would do that, though.

Re: Poll: Do you wake up refreshed?

John, I am insulin resistant (had gestational diabetes as recently as 8 years ago) and I also notice a difference in my sleep if I have too many carbs. I have RLS and it is much worse when I'm not careful. I take Gabapentin for the RLS. Requip and Mirapex didn't help. The Gaba helps to an extent but...

Re: It's amazing what a difference a little change in hair can

Wow, that sounds VERY frustrating! I have PCOS so I am very grateful to have a lot of hair. Many women with PCOS have balding issues. I made microfleece covers for my headgear and I like them very much. They are very soft and gentle, far superior to neoprene or the covers that come with the FX. I th...

Re: Poll: Do you wake up refreshed?

I never do, I have never experienced that even after extended periods of excellent sleep hygiene.

Re: It's amazing what a difference a little change in hair can

Sleepydawn, your hair is beautiful! My hair is so thin, if I took any more out I'd be bald. I look like I have a bald spot where the strap goes across the top of my head. I can't get my hair to fluff up anymore. It's permanently squished flat. Bev Thank you, it was about 4 inches longer before that...

Re: Do you have the néw Quattro FX?

I participated in the clinical studies for this. Honestly, I couldn't get a decent seal to save my life. I was very disappointed because I had high hopes for this mask.

You can sell parts but you're not supposed to sell machines or whole masks. Occasionally some people do it anyway.

Re: Poll: How Old Are CPAP Users?

I am 37. My parents say I snored when I was a baby. I was diagnosed a few years ago but my pressure was drastically incorrectly titrated. My numbers are under control this year because I found a competent doc and got an APAP.

It's amazing what a difference a little change in hair can

make for mask comfort! I had my hair thinned today and it's like I'm wearing a new mask. I used the Swift FX and I didn't have to do nearly as much fiddling with placing some hair in front of the straps. I highly recommend trying this if you have thick hair and you can't tolerate a ponytail at night...

Re: Any updates on US availability of Quattro FX mask

I was told that January is the roll out month, assuming trial users gave enough positive feedback and no major changes were needed.
