Re: suffocating at midnight!
Well, I think the recommendation helped. I feel pretty good today. I remember dreaming and actually feel like the fog has lifted this morning. Dont know how tonight will be, but one day a time is how I am taking this. I lowered the humidifier to 2.5 last night and I also wore a bandana for some cush...

I am on that same machine, where do you get the software and card reader? What information does the software provide you with. I was told there wasnt any software for home management. Please let me know as I am interested in knowing if it is working. I have only been on it for two days so it would b...

Re: suffocating at midnight!
My prescription is 13. I am told that the ramping feature starts out lower and works its way up to 13 based on the time I choose. I have not been using the ramping feature, but instead just going right at it at the full pressure which should be 13. I will have to look tonight when I get home to see ...

suffocating at midnight!
Last night was my second night on machine. After the first night I felt was pretty awesome. Last night however, I awoke at midnight feeling like I was suffocating. Took mask off for about half hour and put it on again. It felt like not enough air was coming thru. I feel terrible this morning and a b...

Re: How long does it take?
Thanks so much for all that info.. It is very helpful and at least gives me some direction to follow. My night in the sleep lab sucked so bad. Took me two hours to fall asleep with the help of a sleep aid, which did nothing for me. Nerves probably had alot to due with that as well as having all the ...
