Recently acquired a PS1 60 and have learned I cannot look at my data with my Encore Pro 1.8ish ... Sleepyhead looks interesting, but does not seem to support PS1 60 yet. Any way I could get a link to the newer version of Encore Pro?

I have been able to get Encore Pro 1.8.49 to run under both Windows 7 Ultimate 64, and Windows Starter. No virtual XP machine is needed ...

My whisper cap rattles as well ... it is brand new and never used ... so sounds like the design ...

Maybe the thing just uses the last bit of good data when it is getting sketchy readings ... whatever it is, it does not reflect reality as both spo2 and pulse are affected ... I would discard the data for those 3 minutes as it is suspect.

I'm with the run it in cpap mode crowd and see what happens. If leave my APAP with such a wide range, it will always chase snores up to about 15/16, then start chasing pressure induced apneas, hypopneas, NRs, and flow limitations above that, getting worse as the pressure increases all the way up to ...
