I set cflex to 1 and going to try it again.

This is going to take some getting used to. I did not sleep well Breathing was different though. Could feel the pressure in my lungs and that it was more work to exhale. I think my mind didn't want to give up and trust it so it's took a long time to get to sleep. So I'm going to have to keep at it.
