I would see an ENT ASAP about the clogged nose. Afrin sprays are habit-forming and cause irritation over time, so the problem is likely to get worse. Some people don't digest b-12 from their food as well as other people. So, people who don't benefit from an oral/sublingual supplement might have to have shots.
