I had tinnitus 10 years before I started CPAP therapy. The CPAP has made no difference + or - to the tinnitus.

Re: No signal on my Resmed 10

Hi all….having an issue with my resmed 10. The last couple of days it’s been showing no signal. Has never been an issue prior. It’s not in airplane mode. I’m assuming it’s because of the upgrade in our service from 3G to 4 G. My Remed is a 3 G. And the wife’s is a 4G. And yes. Hers is in the same r...

Re: How to force DME to provide a new CPAP unit?

It is my understanding that ResMed no longer includes a SD card with its shipment of a new machine. They are going all in on using MyAir instead of SD cards so they tell people that SD cards are no longer needed. I don't think that DMEs are getting those SD cards like they used to get and pull out ...

Re: Is my ResMed AirSense 10 Auto Working and Migrating to Airfit F30

Your Airsense 10 has a smart start feature. When it is turned on it will automatically turn the machine off when you disconnect the hose or remove the mask. It will automatically restart when you attach the hose opr put on the mask. Go into your settings and see if smart start is turned on.

Re: Where can I find info on using the OSCAR app?

To use Oscar you need an SD Card in your CPAP. All your data is on the card. Whenever you want to download the data, you remove the card from the CPAP and put it in your computer where you download the data to Oscar. (You should have already loaded the Oscar program into your computer.) This has no ...

Re: My next experiment....the AirSense 11 AutoSet

One of my potential customers complained that there was no way to add O2 to the AS11 heated hose. The AS10 had the optional Oxy hose with an O2 port.

If you are using the MyAir report it shows the current month. If you want to see previous months click on the arrow next to the month pointing to the left.

Re: Popping from Resmed 11

It's called rainout. It has nothing to do with the machine. It's condensation. It's formed when the room temperature is colder than the warm air in the hose. If you are using a heated hose, set it to AUTO. If you are using a standard hose, get a cover for it and lower your humidity or increase the t...

The "unfiltered air" that may possibly escape your filter is your room air..the same air you and your family breathe day in and day out. How do you think it
will harm you?

Re: Leak vs events

Youre MyAir report gives you an explanation on how the score is reported. On your report card, tap the leak area and you will get the monthly scores. In the upper RH corner there is an (?). Tap on it to see how the score is calculated. Your machine can compensate for leaks up to about 24L. To much a...

Re: ResMed Air Sense 10 Air Blowing Cold

The air the machine blows is your room air. It would be the same temp. as the air you are breathing in your room. It is the moist air from the humidifier that warms the air you breathe. If you run out of water, the machine cannot produce humidity and you are back to the temp. of your room.
