A few occasional CAs are insignificant. If your nightly average AHI gets significantly higher than 5 and most are CAs, you might mention it to your doctor.

Your data transmits to the "cloud". If your Doctor or DME want to see the data, they need to request it from the cloud.

Resmed offers a tube adapter that will allow you to use any mask with the AirMini...However you cannot use the HME with that adapter.

Just an assumption on my part, but usually the burning smell comes when you run out of water during the night. The water chamber becomes an empty pot on a hot stove and smells. I have been using the EPR at a setting of 2 for as long as I have been using Resmed machines...about 10+ years. As Pugsy said...it's a comfort feature to make it easier to exhale against your preessure. Unless you have very low pressure settings, I think everyone should try it to see if it helps mak...

What was the pressure when it woke you up? It was NOT necessarily your maximum pressure. It should have said on the scfreen.
