Having upgraded from Vista to Windows 7, I am unable to get the Smartlink Desktop software to run. I get an error message "could not find the main class org/java/plugin/boot/Boot". I do have the latest version of Java installed. Anyone know how to fix this?

The documentation for my newly acquired Smartlink software is clearly not intended for patient use, and lacks any information on interpreting reports. Where can I find such information?
