Usually I don't have any trouble sleeping. However, on the rare occasion I do have trouble I've developed a trick that works for me. Let me suggest that you completely discontinue sleeping without the mask. You are clearly getting sufficient air or you would not be able to keep the mask on for two hours. Unless something is wrong with the CPAP, you are getting enough air. Have you tried sitting up with the mask on and not trying to go to sleep? Does it feel like you're getting enough air then?
