[quote="roztom"]There is more to the Corp balance sheet. when Resmed raises prices and an Insurance Co only pays a fixed, under retail amount, can't Resmed aggregate that and create a paper loss?

Usually I don't have any trouble sleeping. However, on the rare occasion I do have trouble I've developed a trick that works for me. I turn on the TV to CNN Headline News but I turn the sound down to the absolute lowest where I can still hear it if I concentrate. It has to be as low as possible but ...

Let me suggest that you completely discontinue sleeping without the mask. You are clearly getting sufficient air or you would not be able to keep the mask on for two hours. After you wake up ripping off the mask, calm down and PUT THE MASK BACK ON. You have to say "Self, we are going to wear this ma...

Unless something is wrong with the CPAP, you are getting enough air. Have you tried sitting up with the mask on and not trying to go to sleep? Does it feel like you're getting enough air then? Also, there shouldn't be a need to breathe more quickly. Try taking slower, deeper breaths. You didn't tell...

I have to say that I think you have a bad plan.

You need to get over whatever it is that is preventing you from obtaining competent medical advice.

The Aura works well for me.

It is a balancing act to get it tight enough without it hurting a little.

Hi Fred, It's great that you've adapted to the mask so quickly! I think there could be any of a number of things going on. I've been on CPAP for a couple of months now and I am still adjusting to different sleep patterns. First, what range is your APAP set for? Is it possible that it's hitting the t...

rdbyrne, You may find that you need to try a different mask. Different masks just work better with different people. You'll find that many of us are accumulating impressive mask collections. Also, your 100+ number a night is usually translated into the AHI which is the average per hour. So, if you'r...

I've heard of an alarm for kids that the parents voice record a message. something like "Billy, wake up. There is a fire in the house." When the kids hear it in the parent's voice, it's supposed to wake them up.

I think that adjusting to CPAP is about 50% finding the right mask and 50% attitude.

You have the right attitude.

The next time this happens, try turning off and then back on your machine to reset it to you low setting.

Also, what is your normal 90% pressure compared to your high setting? Your high setting probably shouldn't be much higher than you 90% pressure.
