Re: Bad dry mouth
I've been trying out the tape thing for about a week. It seems to be working good. Takes a little to get used to, but it has stopped my dry mouith.

Bad dry mouth
My humidity level is set to 8 and my hose temp is 84 F
3 hrs in I wake you with my mouth literally glued shut from dry mouth. If I increase humidity level higher I get rainout.
Any solutions to stop my dry mouth?

Autosense 11 OTA FW updates and repairs?
My Autosense 11 is on FW 06.5.1.0. 4512 hrs in use. My climate hose stopped heating. Motor and all sounds normal. The climate hose has 4 contacts. The outer 2 test a resistance of 8.8K. The inner 2 test at 10 ohms. Does this sound correct on this hose? I need to know if it is the machine itself or j...

Airsense 11 Autoset climate control?
So if I understand the Climate setting (Auto/manual) works like this...
Auto- machine does the settings for hose temp and humidity itself no matter if I changed these setting.
OR
Manual- now MY settings to hose temp and humidity take effect.
Is this correct?

Re: N 20 mask mod
I've been using my mod for the past few days with no effects to the mask function or my Oscar data. All is normal and no extra sounds or blast of air shooting out.
I call it a success on all fronts.

Re: N 20 mask mod
I guess if you don't pass out from Carbon Dioxide poisoning, the flap is doing a good job. The manufacturers do a lot of testing to determine the correct amount of venting for their masks. It's dangerous to mess with it. THis mod has nothing to do with venting. The air volume being vented out has p...

N 20 mask mod
I like the N20 nasal mask EXCEPT that it shoots air out of the front port very strong. I would call it a blast with my pressure at 10. If I turn sideways, I can see my wife's hair actually blowing. Needless to say she does not like it at all. So after playing around, I found a perfect solution. Take...

Re: Oscar data import problem
Just checked and my PC (not Win) is all up to date.
So how long does it take others for their data card to update in Oscar? I'm guessing 10 sec or less.

Oscar data import problem
Using the latest version of Oscar on a Win 64, when I go to import my data card from Airsense 11, the import window s l o w l y moves along. It reads "cataloging EDF" and takes over 3 minutes to complete.
My 8gb card is formatted with the Airsense and only has less then 1 month use on it.
Any ideas?

Re: P30i vs n/p10?
I just went from a P10 to an N20 5 days ago. The P10 was great but left my nose sore in the morning, and yes I did use the correct nasal size (large). Switched to the N20 nasal pillow design and now have a comfortable mask working very nice. I also use a Scuncie for my mouth. Both are a nice combo f...

Re: AUtosense 11 problems
I just wanted to end this thread with good news. Last night my AHI is 0.75. It looks like I'm dialed in now finally and feeling 100% better.

Re: AUtosense 11 problems
Wow, I feel very good finally! I think with your help Pugsy, things are dialed in good now. I used EPR at 3 last night with the P10 and got this result. My problem is definitely mask leaking. However I am going to replace my mask with an Airfit N20. the P10 is getting a lot better to use, but I don'...

Re: AUtosense 11 problems
I tried he large pillows on the P10 with chinstrap. I also dabbed a little vicks on my nose before using. In the morning my nose irritation was only slight which went away quickly and I only had dryness under my upper lip. Best feeling so far after sleep. Not perfect, but I felt as if I actually sle...
