Respironics DC to AC power inverter with Heated Humidifier

I spoke today with a Respironics representative ( 1-800-345-6443) regarding the Respironics DC to AC power inverter Model number F552097 sold by CPAP.com. Apparently, they recently had an internal staff meeting in which this unit was approved for use with the Respironics heated humidifier (while usi...

pad-a-cheek for CL2

Actually, the pad-a-cheek can be used to optimize the fit of the CL2 mask.

By varying the amount of filling material added to the 2 pockets created between the pad-a-cheek and the two CL2 pads, it is possible to adjust the fit of the mask to the contour of one's head.

I hope this helps.

I also tried a Pad-a-forehead with the ComfortLite II. As expected it did a good job at preventing morning marks on my forehead. But what really impressed me was that the pad-a-forehead gave me the ability to optimize the fit of the ComforLite II to my head by adjusting the amount of cushioning betw...

I use the direct seal nasal cushion size 5. Nothing sticks in my nose and there is no soreness.

As long as your pressures are not too high (greater than 15), the direct seal cushion rarely leaks.

Hope this helps.

Thanks HP for your reply I am seriously considering purchasing a BreatheX. For me, assuming it lives up to expectations, BreatheX might just be the solution to my situation. I look forward to hearing your opinion after you have had a chance to try BreatheX out. Hope to hear from you in a week or so....

Direct Seal Cushions

I have been using the Direct Seal Cushions with the original ComfortLite and now with the ComfortLite 2. The ComfortLite 2 is a definite improvement. I use the size 5 Direct Seal Cushion - the most common size. Fortunately, size 5 is always included in the combination package - with either size 4 (s...

I also love my ComfortLite.

I only use the nasal pillows size 5. I would be glad to trade my unused small and medium nasal masks.

I also have unused nasal pillows size 4 and size 6 as well as unused large nasal masks.

Please PM me if you want to trade.

Thanks.
