Re: Best online sites to purchase supplies?
I only use cpap.com- best prices and customer service is phenomenal. Anything for comfort I go to padacheek- she is the best, and even created something custom when i needed it.

Re: Can you buy your own cpap machine?
It's cheaper for me to buy a quality machine through cpap.com, than it is to pay the copay for a piece of crap from the dme. They even contacted my doctor the the Rx for me- I didn't have to do a thing.

Re: Cpap Hose Whistle
When my hose whistles, unfortunately I have to blame Willie the Wondercat. I'm sorry, unless that is the cause I have no idea what would cause it to sound like that.

Re: Howdy from Europe: a new victim :-(
I have an adapter thing that I got from Cpap.com that fits over the end and quiets the machine. It's made just for the M series machines, and it made a huge difference. Different masks make it sound louder, too.

I've flown to Europe several times... None of the airlines allowed use Distilled water wasn't available in Switzerland or France, however I used tap water and dried out the tank daily and had no problems Going through security in Europe with a cpap was much simpler than in the US All you need is an ...

You realize that you've poured the milk into a glass and the orange juice on your cereal. And, then afterwards you put the cereal in the refrigerator and the milk in the cupboard.

Re: Hose Dilemma...Cat Stew anyone?
I let the cat sleep in the bed, and yes, he has bitten holes in my hose. I figure they aren't that expensive so I keep a spare on hand. For a quick fix, take that plastic cling wrap and wrap it tightly over the part with the holes, and then put duct tape over the cling wrap. (I just have the plain o...

Re: OT-Denver area 1st Snow-storm of season
My neighbor lost some huge limbs off his tree, and the power was out for a while last night. I woke up when the power came back on, and my machine started up again, so I have no idea how long it was out. (note to self.....recharge the battery for the cpap again) Let's just say we got so much snow th...

I have lost my sense of smell, too, and have no idea why. There are a few things I can smell, but many more that I can't.
