Well I decided and ordered the 420E with the software today. I'll keep the 420G as backup like suggested. Thanks for all suggestion and comments. Hope to be back here soon for help or opinions on my data. Thanks

I know what you mean Goofproof. I was also looking at the 420E but don't understand much about the automatic cpap machines yet.

Does the 420SP collect full data? or am I just wanting my money by getting it? Should I then get another brand and/or model machine? What is full data?
