I know England and West Europe have different plugs, but I don't know a third type. Which country was it?

I would check musical instrument stores.
You might find a drum or mixer case that fits your cpap.

I am really interested why your pressure went to 25/20 from 17/14(taken from signature).
Do you believe you had your study done at a reliable lab?

I think even if they pull their sw, they should still post the updates on their web site, as before.

As a result everybody can predict his/her pressure by measuring the thickness of the fat tissue on the abs. For example I have about 5cm (2") fat on my abs. If the fat below the abs about 2cm, my total pressure is about 7cm H2O. My APAP pressure range is 10.5-12cm. So the medical people should expl...

You can actually estimate the pressure on the abs due to fat. The physical formula is given by P = rho.g.h Rho is density, in this case it's the density of fat. The density of pure fat is in general 0.9 H2O but since body fat contains water too, we can take it approximately 1 H2O. g is gravitational...

The AHI detection algorithm is pretty mature and unless you have a mask leak it should be accurate.

Are you sure your arousals are not due to RLS nor PLMD?
Some labs do a really lousy job, I have personally been to one.
I recommend to take another sleep study at a better lab.

For me sweetspots obtained from AHI vs P plot are nonsense. Your AHI seems low at 9cm, but are you sure that's during REM stage? These machines, unfortunately, do not tell anything about the events at REM nor arousals. To have a better understanding we have to know your titrated pressure. If that's ...

BP of 110/80 is normal, while 90/70 is low.
I wonder if you are receiving any other treatment besides appnea.
Did you suffer from anemia?

Re: General target for AHI?

PeaceSleeper wrote: I have an average AHI of 7.4 with avg OAI 6.3 and avg HI 1.1.
Since your OAI is much larger than HI, I suspect you are having central appneas. Therefore it's a good idea to consult your physician about your pressure setting.
