Hi,
Has anybody using the ComfortPAP Auto 804 had any problems with it? Mine is giving me an Error 004--an airflow sensor error.

Data recording machines--which is best?
Forgive me if this has been covered before, but I'm asking anyway!
I'm interested in getting a cpap machine with full data recording capability. Which ones are good? And not TOO expensive. Thanks.

Re: Neverending saga: In Search for THE mask
I'm also on the Quest for the True Mask. I'm going to be getting a bit of a bonus in a few weeks, but am I planning a cruise? Buying new clothes? A flat-screen TV? Heck no, I'm waiting like a kid at Christmas to buy a new mask!

Question about REMstar Plus
I have a REMstar Plus CPAP Machine, which I guess is a real dinosaur. Lately I've noticed an hour glass icon in the window that shows the number of hours I've used the machine. Anybody know what it means? Is the machine running out of time? Am I?

Re: can't get use to mask(s)
I had the same problem a few weeks ago. Someone suggested taping the mask to my face. Worked like a charm--The tape pulled when I tried to take the mask off, and I woke myself up. It only took 2 nights, and I'm not taping anymore, and I'm not taking it off.

Taking the mask off in your sleep
Anybody else have this problem? For a couple of weeks, I've been taking the mask off in my sleep. Sometimes the machine is still running, sometimes I've turned that off too. I have just ordered a new cushion for my Quattro FF mask--hopefully that will help. Any ideas?

Re: Losing weight really is the best long term solution
Wow, you make it sound like adjusting to CPAP is easy. I only wish it were! It's taken me months and months to finally adjust to it, and I'd still give just about anything never to have to use it again. I've done CPAP and I've lost weight--losing weight has been easier and less stressful. Of course ...

CPAP vs BiPAP
Hello all, I've been having a hard time with my CPAP machine. As soon as it ramps up to full pressure (13), I start getting leaks all over the place. I saw my doctor today, and she suggested switching to BiPAP. I understand the difference between CPAP and BiPAP, but is BiPAP better at reducing leaks...

I wish my respiratory therapist hadn't acted like this was going to the miracle cure to everything--you'll lose weight, she said, your blood pressure will go down, you'll feel more energetic, etc., etc. Now I've started using the machine, but I can't even keep it on all night, I feel like a failure....

Port caps on Resmed Ultra Mirage
I've just started on my CPAP and things aren't going so well. But I've gotten some good ideas from reading these posts, so I'm still in there trying! One thing that's bothering me is that I only have one port cap for the 2 small ports on either side of the mask. (I'm using the Resmed Ultra mirage fu...
