Johnny, Thanks for the time you've taken to help me better understand all of this. I will try going through Medicare as they will be the least costly, I'm sure. I will let you know how this all plays out. The healthcare office said I may just have to pay an upcharge if I elect to go with a better sy...

Thanks, Den. I'll try it.....it's sure worth checking. Hopefully they will accept that. Seems as though they get very picky about what the doc has on the prescription.....and the docs seem reluctant to write prescriptions for the auto when it does so much more and seems more acceptable for complianc...

I would like to buy/own my equipment....I'm willing to pay the differential, however, I don't know if Medicare will even allow me to submit asking f...

slumberer: (Dear Doctor), thanks for the professional take on all of this. I've read so many stories re. patients getting equipment that doesn't suit their needs (many 3-4 times), that I am researching (just because I'm a "have to know" person) and like to get it right the first time. Hopefully I ca...

I've just been diagnosed with OSA and have my 2nd Sleep Lab tomorrow night. I think that's when they put the apparatus/equip. on me and do their measuring/taking data. I've researched, too, online for what equipment I might purchase once my tests are finished. I am looking at REMstar Auto C-Flex CPA...
