I'm sure this is just going to sound wrong, but it really works well. This is a real, serious suggestion given to me by an RN. -- Use a personal lubricant, KY Jelly and such, but not massage oils. Hello, It seems my mask is loud enough that my wife now sleeps on the farthest edge of the bed. I'm using an OptiLife Nasal Pillow with my Sleep Easy CPAP w/ built in humidifier, pressure is set at 12cm. The noisy part is the exhalation port in the front of the mask.
