Sleepyhead glitch

I have been using the sleepyhead software with the patch for my PR 560 for about 5 nights. Two nights ago there was some sort of malfunction and the data from sleepyhead said I had an AHI of 2316.15. The software also said that I was now using a bi=level mode. The software has been ok since and I wo...

How do I show Sleepyhead graphs here

I received some great help from Pugsy. Got Sleepyhead working. Last night my first with APAP after using CPAP for 7 years. Would like to post my data and graphs so I can get some valuable insight. How do I put my graphs into a post? Thank you!

Re: Basic encore for PR 60 series help

OK, got the patch installed for sleepyhead. Thank you very much. Now I just need to figure out this new machine and collect some data. I was originally prescribed a pressure of 9, but that was 7 years ago. What pressure range would one start with?

Re: Basic encore for PR 60 series help

Thanks so much! Yes I am getting the missing dll warning. I will try and see if I can make it work now. Is the sleepyhead better than the basic? Thank you.

Basic encore for PR 60 series help

Hi all- I have been using a remstar plus cpap for 7 years until today when my PR 60 series auto cpap arrived. I have not been able download the patch for sleepyhead as my computer keeps telling me that I am missing some kind of file. So until I can figure that issue out I would like to try the basic...

I use a very dilute solution of Dr. Bronner's soap every morning on my hybrid. It seals much better when cleaned daily. 2 pumps on the soap dispenser is all it takes. Also smells refreshing with slight minty smell.

I have been using the soap for just over a year.

We have a latex foam bed with no memory foam portion. We really like it. I did not like the sinking in feeling of the memory foams that we looked at.

The latex has many holes in it to aid in cooling. It is not nearly as hot as I thought it might be and I am a warm sleeper.

I have been on cpap for 1 year. Tried a variety of masks. Have used the hybrid for the past six months. It has worked great for me. I hope it works even better with the updated headgear. I did have to remove the chin flap to reach the success I have gotten.

I just have a Remstar plus with c-flex. My wife has not noticed any changes, but it is good idea to have her try to pay more attention. The mouth breathing thing might be a key. I have quit wearing the chin strap as it makes me nuts and I thought I had trained myself to keep my mouth shut. I have on...

CPAP Less effective

Howdy everyone- I have been on CPAP for just over a couple of months. Got through the initial adjustment period and can easily tolerate a full night, every night of treatment. However, it seems that the honeymoon is over as I am back to feeling very tired by the afternoon and have to take a short na...

Wading- Which interfaces are you using? I know I want the pillows, but am unsure about the other option to try. Are you trying the nasal mas- like option?

I can tell you that my titrated pressure was 9cm. When I used the ramp feature starting at 4cm it was very uncomfortable to breathe. Felt like I was starved for air. I now start at 7cm.

Aura Headrest- slightly used

Howdy-

I am giving up on the headrest. I have had it about a month. My Swift seems to be the ideal for me right now. I have all 3 pillow sizes. Let me know if anyone is interested.

I have TMJ. I had not had much of a problem with it for a few years until I went on CPAP about two months ago. I started waking up with a sore jaw while on CPAP. May be due to having a chin strap keeping my mouth closed in combination with the sensory changes I had to adjust to having the equipment ...
