Customs strap covers

I would try padacheek dot com. Karen has standard pads there, and will customize anything you need.

Re: vista

My 1.8 works fine with vista. I am having a bit of a problem adapting to vista. Lots I have not learned. I DO NOT like it that MS did not include their games package- MS HEARTS, SOLITAIRE, SPIDER SOLITAIRE, cannot figure how to get them - cannot find them as download. Hi! The games are there. I wen...

Also Sunlife

[quote="jabberwock"]Thanks for the info on ADP Will. I wasn't aware of that program; I assumed it was OHIP who paid a portion of my initial set-up. My health plan did pick up the rest of the set-up. The terms of my private insurance plan (administered by Sunlife but negotiated between the unions and...

How about this?

The BreatheX is battery operated. Apparently the battery runs 2 nights. I think it looks interesting myself, but I can't use it since it only runs in CPAP mode. https://www.cpap.com/productpage-advanced.php?PNum=2161[url] If I go even part of a night without my machine I'm messed up the next day, bu...

Yeah, I think that it's the doctor's discretion (or at least that's the way they work it). And I would think that if you were reported you would know fairly quickly. I don't remember how long it took to get my letter, but I'd say no more than two months after I saw him. Which was of course, 3 months...

Re: ResMed vs Respironics

[quote="christinequilts The first part of the night was always the roughest for me for years, pre-BiPAP & with BiPAP ST. ResMed vs Respironics

Christine thanks for your intro and info on Friday. Sorry it took so long to respond. I've snipped from your message and commented in bold. I'm glad you joined us Bella...and for everyone else, Bella & I got to know each other on a non-sleep related board a couple years ago and then she got DXed wit...

Hearing Loss

Two months ago I got hearing aids. It's funny, because like you Linda, I had problems hearing men too. But it turned out that it was high frequency hearing loss. Go figure. I got these really cool looking behind the ear ones. So small that you can't even notice - and they are red to match my glasses...

I just looked at the MTO site and I see they provide more detail about the process now. http://www.mto.gov.on.ca/english/dandv/driver/medreport/index.html Supposedly the doctor must report you and then the province decides what to do! When I got the letter saying that it was ok for me to drive, I no...

No problem! I was a bit surprised when I got the letter as I had no idea that he was going to report me. That's what made me read the Highway Traffic Act. I like proof. And here, the neurologist did not do anything. Maybe the pulmonolgoist reported me because I have severe CSA and if it had been mil...

I live in Ottawa

It is the doctor's option. I checked the Highway Traffic Act. My pulmonologist reported me, (without telling me or asking me to sign anything) and I got a letter from the Ministry of Transport saying that it's ok for me to drive as long as I am in compliance with the doctor's orders. If I'm not, I'm...
