Re: Batteries, converters and warrantee

Have any of you tried using something like the following? http://www.cpaptravelbatterypack.com/resmed-s8-elite-II-cpap-battery-pack.html I also love to go camping / hiking and I work my local Renaissance fair (so every weekend for 2 months camping out there). I'm looking at my options. I can get the...

Ultra Mirage FFM Leaks

Just looking to see If i'm missing something obvious to help me here. I've been using Cpap for about 4 months now, I still wake up kind of tired (some yawning but only really have problems falling asleep if i'm bored or not active). Was using a Opus 360, I was having issues with mouth breathing. I w...

AutoScan 5.7

Anyone know a way to get a hold of this program? I have an S8 elite (not a elite II) so I can use rescan 3.3-3.5 and have a found a few sites to buy these. But I would prefer to get a hold of AutoScan 5.7 as it will work and has the functionality to dump the data to Excel as well. All the sites I ca...

Re: Resmed Rescan 3.5

Ok, I will look for that also, but was not having luck last night also (though it wont work with Vista right? will need to load a machine with xp to make it work?).

Any good leads where to get Autoscan 5.7? The links I found all say that they are now shipping resscan 3.3 instead.

Re: Resmed Rescan 3.5

Any word on if that site had the valid version of the software? I will get my card reader and card today but have been unable to find a valid place to get the software (I'm also using only vista machines really). I cant even seem to find a 3.4 version to get (have an S8 so I need 3.4+ and can load a...

Re: CPAPtalk.com Product Trial System Enrollment Now Open

It appears to be working fine to me.
I was able to register and it kept track of the machine and mask usage.

(note that it does leave the drop down boxes at select mask.... however if you look right above it you will see in text the previously submitted data).

Re: College kids with OSA?

Irishpeacock, On CPAP a month with no relief? Something's wrong - have you told your doctor? Have you tried other masks? Your mask is the holy grail to your treatment. If it's not right you don't succeed. I agree with Wulfman about the Data Capable machine, I took a turn for the worst about 6 weeks...

Re: Newbie first night with data capable machine

Sorry one more question

Is it worth it to acquire the data card / software?
Seems most the information is on the LCD just have to check in the morning before I get up.
(and then I log it on the pc and can track / graph it)

Newbie first night with data capable machine

I've been on my cpap for about 3 months now (actually 3 months on Saturday). I'm tired enough every day at work that if I close my eyes for just a moment while waiting for a query to finish, I can doze off for 15 min. Some days its so bad that I have a hard time keeping my eyes open. The cpap does s...
