Thanks. I actually read that thread. I don't like the idea of taping my mouth shut or wrapping a bandage around it either! Interesting. I never thought one might need to change the pressure for a different mask. I am thinking about getting the new mask but I don't think I can change the settings on my machine.

In general how do you feel after the surgery? It took me a while (several months) to begin reaping the benefits of the surgery.

Good post. Just the other night our power went off for 4 hours! It sure affirmed why I need the CPAP.

I get that sometimes but not always. Perhaps it has to do with sleeping on my side.

Live and learn! I should own a spare mask. Mine just broke the little plastic clip that snaps the head band to the mask. Just ordered replacements at a huge shipping cost!
