The main deciding factor is the lack of ability to place that hose over my head.
So I will stay with the Swift Llte for her.
I started and stayed with the nasal masks first was the Opus 360 then the Swift Lite
then hers won hands down.

However I am really sad
that people's experience here with Apria has been so negative;
that the postive of this particular Apria DME is unseen.
Therefore all Apria DME are painted with same brush; this is not always true of life.

It doesn't appear to have the capabliity of attaching over the head.

jjgilles I believe the machine that you describe is the new Remstar Auto AFlex made by Philips Respronics And aavenger has one at the bottom of his posts.
