Re: What is better Nasal Mask?

I'm a side/stomach sleeper and love the Opus 360. I also move around a lot at night (just ask me wife) and need to use a hose hanger at the head of the bed, otherwise I end up westling with the hose all night.

Keeping my mouth closed???

Is it possible to train yourself to keep your mouth closed at night? I’ve been using chin strap since I started a little over a year ago. Re: liberty hybrid mask issues

HOw often does everyone replace the face piece around the mouth? I have been using my Liberty mask for about a month and it has started to leak in the middle of the night. It's not a huge leak usually just a small one on the side but it is really annoying at 3am. Does anyone have any thoughts?
Thanks

Opus 360 L & S trade for M

I have nasal pillows (just the silicone piece with the pillows; no mask; no headgear) -- one in size Small and one in size Large -- and would like to trade them for size Medium. If interested, please PM me, and we'll exchange mailing info.

At night I wash my face, put in my mouth guard (for teeth grinding), put on chin strap and head gear, plug the hose in and go to sleep. On the weekend I give the nasal pillow a good washing and sometimes the...

Re: trouble breathing with swift lt mask

I had the same problem and I will second loosening the straps. Also, after fighting with it for about a week and feeling very frustrated, I discovered inside the pillow was an internal flap, cone thingy just like on the outside. I had them inside out and that was restricting the air flow. I have als...
