Re: Cannot use CPAP-Insomnia. CPAP Alternative?
Thank you all for sharing yours experiences and encouraging posts. Kteague - I have tried using the CPAP (w/o leaks) 4 (2-3 days each) times and cannot sleep with the mask on. I had to stop using the machine due to lack of sleep and insomnia. No, I do not take naps. I will try. FYI my Tinnitus was c...

Cannot Fall Asleep - Mind Racing
I purchased my machine months ago and have not been using it. Typically I cannot fall asleep because of my mind racing with too many thoughts about work. So of course, I do not even attempt to wear my mask (and REM MStar Auto, A-FLEX CPAP machine) as I would surely not fall asleep. When I originally...

Need Help w/ Sizing - Ultra Mirage Full Face
My new medium Comfort2 leaks and I would like to order a Ultra Mirage FF. Any time I move while sleeping on my side it leaks around my mount. My concern is using the online sizing (also used to order Comfort II FF mask) on the CPAP.com website a Med/Standard is recommend. Referencing MM's comments (...

How do I Reset the AVG AHI Reading to see nightly reading?
I recently changed my Min.cm setting and would like to see my nightly AHI readings. Do I just have reset the AVG reading? If so, how do I reset? I cannot find any information on this in the User Manual.
Thanks,
Alan

Re: New Guy - Need Help w/ Settings
Wulfman and Rested Gal, I increased my minimum pressure to from 8cm and increased my max back up to 20cm. It felt better. Wulfman mentioned reseting my nightly data. How do I do that? I could not find any info on this in the Users Guide. If my nightly AHI reading is above 5 AHI should I keep increas...

Re: New Guy - Need Help w/ Settings
Thanks Wulfman & rested gal. I will increase my min. setting higher. From what I am learning, the MASK is EVERYTHING. I'll probably end up getting another FF mask. I am not sure I could ever tape my mouth shut that would be weird. Before I purchased my machine I used my wife's scarf to tie around my...

New Guy - Need Help w/ Settings
This is my first week and I still have issues falling asleep and waking up through the night. I tried a combination of some recommendations, lowering my max and increasing my min. I The new setting felt better (just went by feeling not very scientific). Some advice I received was that large gaps in ...
