Changing the pressure of a DeVillbiss CPAP machine (9001D)
Howdy! Once again, I rear my head momentarily to seek some help before disappearing for months on end... My original post/thread can be found here: http://www.cpaptalk.com/viewtopic/t25791/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=34202&p=297680&hilit=spacemeat#p297680 A bit of an update: It's interesting that after two ...

How do I change the pressure setting on my CPAP machine?
Hello, ladies and germs! I sincerely hope that everyone is doing well. I appreciate that after making a couple of posts several weeks ago, I seemingly dropped off the face of the Earth. Life got hectic, to say the least! I started off using the Elite II for my trial period, and to this day I am stil...

Re: Received my first machine yesterday.
Wow! Firstly, let me thank everyone who took the time to reply to my initial post(s). After writing them, I disappeared for the weekend to a friend's cottage, which certainly made the experience of using the machine on the road some fun. The mask sounds like an Activa. Mine says ActiveCell on it too...

Re: No Sympathy
I was complaining last night at dinner about having to wear my new contraption, and my 19 year old started laughing. He said it was karma payback for the 2 years of making him wear the wire headgear his orthodontist fit him with, and that I'd get no sympathy for the next 2 years. He's right, the on...

Re: Curiosity Thread starting again Where do you live?
I was born in raised in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. I haven't read through the rest of this thread yet, but I'm curious as to whether or not anyone else lives even somewhat close to me!

Re: Received my first machine yesterday.
Wow....that was a mouthful. Welcome aboard. There is a wealth of help, advice and experience here. First things first. Can you tell us what brand, model of both the machine and mask you have? We can then go from there. 16cm is fairly high, and is going to make getting a good seal a bit more difficu...

Received my first machine yesterday.
Howdy, ladies and germs! As the subject line indicates, I'm a complete "newbie." I found out Sunday evening that I have "severe obstructive sleep apnea," and only picked up my first CPAP machine yesterday afternoon. The entire situation has left me pretty befuddled. I mean, I didn't expect for them ...
